How do the Siren Systems digital planners work?

Right after checkout, your planner is sent to your email as a PDF download. Open it on your tablet or phone in a PDF app like GoodNotes, or on your computer. No shipping, no waiting.

My download isn't working. What do I do?

Email us and we'll fix it or send you a new link right away. Digital files can't be returned once delivered, so all digital sales are final, but we will always make sure yours works.

Is your apparel made to order?

Yes. Every shirt, hoodie, mug and bag is designed by Siren & Social Co. and printed just for you when you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.

How long until my order arrives?

Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your piece to be made, then 3 to 5 business days for shipping. That's about 5 to 12 business days in total.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99, and shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Can I return or exchange apparel?

Because each item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size or wrong color. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

My item arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong. Now what?

We'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. Once we confirm the problem, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back unless we ask.

My package never showed up.

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 or more business days, or the package never arrived, contact us and we'll help file a claim or send a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. After that, your piece is already being made.
